The experience that an individual has from the initial contact with your organisation (maybe as a customer or service user) through to how they are recruited, managed, developed and communicated with, will influence what they say about you to their external network of contacts.

Negative or positive experience will not only affect your reputation but also have the potential to impact upon future financial support as well as the engagement of new employees and volunteers.
